@ralf, You can get the 2.5 source for Linux (http://participatoryculture.org/nightlies/Miro-20... and it builds pretty easily (on most systems). Otherwise, you'll need to be patient and wait for a binary for your distribution--we have a very small development team and there's only so much we can do at one time.

Pulling favorites/subscriptions from usernames, or just using Miro for all the videos that a particular user publishes? You should be able to do the latter directly with Miro (just grab the RSS feed that YouTube makes).

Hi Ariah, that's something I've personally always wanted, but I don't think we really support it yet — we'd need to scrape the feed for videos... but it would be awesome to have a nice layout in http://miroguide.com for your videos!
