Listen to me, I have an interesting deep but simple opinion on this matter, everyone should at least glance over my comment if you are interested in the manner. Anyone scanning this comment page should give me their attention as I speak my mind. Come on, the minute you see my totally original and quirky username, that alone should be enough to draw your attention!

My observation is that people on the internet say that kind of thing, because the internet gives you an anonymous handle, and a text box to say almost anything you want to say. This causes a type of narcissism, where you automatically feel like your feelings and opinions are worth something to the random audience.
Opinions and viewpoint are useful to a budding medium, and everyone deserves a say in some form. But most people value opinion, over actually being informed or helpful.
