How much were you looking to spend?
There are a ton of great artists, but handmade work can sometimes be a little expensive for some people.
If money is tight, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are both at Build-A-Bear now for something like $15 each.

Build-A-Bear does have a Scootaloo, but yes, most of them are custom.
Many of the smaller ones can be had for less than $100 though.
Lots of variability.
