I was thinking more of an off and on work stoppage by the productive people to force Constitutional Conventions in all states restart our Constitution and restate that the basis of all court decisions will be the –intent- of the Constitution. This process could also be used to make any necessary decisions or laws based on the intent of the Constitution.

Would you support a General Strike by the workers until the States organize a Constitutional Convention and restart our Constitution with the Bill of Rights? I see this as the only way to change the direction of our government. Without the workers, it will not matter how many government supported voters or misguided souls there are for the status quo. Judges, Congress and the President will be removed if they do not follow the Constitution. Case law will not have any bearing on judgments.
The USA and Iran both have out of control governments. The difference between the 2 countries is that the people of the USA are spoiled rotten and cannot do much more than complain about their government. We need to follow the lead of the people of Iran and take to the streets. It is much safer for us to do what the Iranian people are doing. If we do not try, I will spend the rest of my life in shame of my country.
We need to follow the Iranian's lead. A general strike might work. Those who will be given money, wealth redistribution, from the workers will vote for Obama and the Democrats. Those who are mad will tend to vote for Republicans. They are not much better. If workers stop working, nobody will get their money.
I am not going to work until our government changes and follows the Constitution.
Who will join me?
Even if the perfect plan to run our nation was presented, few if any people would be humble enough to really listen or possess enough logic and understanding to realize the merits of the plan.
If we organize as a party, maybe the Republicans, Independents and others will merge leadership and candidates with us and maybe we can use the Republican organization and the others can use our message. They are without one at the moment.
The Constitutional Party is not a Quaified Party in California. Where is it qualified?
There must be more than a few candidates running for Senate and the House to qualify as a National Party. Starting a new party is a big project. You would have to get on the ballot in about a dozen states. In California, you would have to sign up about 90,000 members.
