Im glad you mentioned that about jack roy because I was beginning to doubt my memory of jack before his injury. He definitely had his best games on the left of a 442 formation with noble and Parker in the central positions. Arguably, playing on the left of a 433 puts him nearer the centre than before. I think it's just a lack of form which will come back with more time on the pitch

I agree with Codisz above that when a particular posting goes into a second page and you refresh the page it is annoying that it goes back to the beginning of page one. You then have to scroll to the bottom to select page 2 ( or 3 ). On match days this delay could mean I've missed 2 or 3 West Ham goals ( I wish ). Apart from that I am happy with the quality of reporting/commenting
Bobby Moore is the main reason I am a West Ham fan today. In the early sixties football for me was just something we occasionally played at school ( my school in Dagenham was more in to rugby and basketball ) . Then in 66 I watched all of Englands games on my parents black and white tv and I was hooked. - Boy could he tackle - A couple of years later I discovered a second cousin of mine had signed for my team. I think I have a solution. Play Marek Stech and if it means we owe money to Sparta Prague just send them the phone number of Bologna fc and tell them the Italians are holding their money !!.... More seriously Marek has been at our club for 6 years in August maybe he can walk in the summer and we dont want to throw more money at a player we have neglected to tie into a deal. Anybody know his contract details ?

Ian - I'd like to echo all the good things being said about these articles I enjoyed them immensely. There is one thing i would like to see - I understand the need to get them all out there as quickly as possible and we were all greedy for the next one - But after the first they were coming so thick and fast that there was barely time to comment . How about re-introducing them slowly, on slow news days, like International breaks, So that we can forensically disect each point and all have our say. Anyway Keep up the good work
