It did not disappoint; the pilot was really good to the point where I called my Mom and said that she had to watch it, dragged my relucant wife into watching it because she is not a fan of network television just like me. I am truly surprised by the quality of the show and I can't wait to see more from if. I am a fan of Jim Caviezel since he work on The Count of Monte Cristo (my personal favorite movie) and I took notice of Michael Emerson since I have never watched the series Lost, so this is my first time seeing him in action. I hope the show get the support it deserves and has a long run because I know every Thursday night I am watching it with my wife. Good show CBS, now don't screw it up. Many people would think that this is just simply a fighting movie but it is so much more. The strained relationship between the two brothers was scary for me because of the simple fact that my brother and I have such a strong relationship and to see the fracturing in their lives was frightening; needless to say I called my brother after the movie and we chatted it up. My wife and I enjoyed this movie and we are going to see it again this weekend. I am doing my part of spreading the word, just go see it and take it in. I was explaining to my wife that I earned an A in comic book reading while I failed Spanish class and this movie brought me back to those times, when Marvel was the hot comic to read, in the course of me explaining a certain issue of X-Men that Jim Lee (has to be hands done one of the best comic pencil artist) and Chris Claremont has done I explained that the interaction between Charles and Erik is key to the story and the other characters are just filler. The dynamic between James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender was just simple awesome. You can feel the inner rage of the young Magneto and the need to be accepted from the young Professor X. The young actors did great credit to the characters that were established by Sir Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian McKellen. Deadliest Catch Justified The First 48 I loved shows like The Unit and 24 in the beginning because they were not dumb and they did not insult the viewer, however you saw the dark cloud of "liberal stupidity" creep into the writing and that forced me to turn the channel with the quickness. Once upon a time there was a show on NBC called E-Ring and it was my prime time movie night I got my family and even my girlfriend at the time now my wife to watch the show. I loved Future Weapons on Discovery.
