/Film : Zack Snyder on Watchmen's Box Office and Director's Cut Theatrical Release

I'm a film student at a university and I know for a fact that that doesn't account for jack shit as I'm sure you know too, by how many dumbass people sign up for film school despite being completely dumbass. With that said, I agree with your comments. Just don't use the fact that an undergrad in the easiest major next to English supports your claims.

/Film : The 25 DVDs Obama Gave Prime Minister Gordon Brown

Hahahaha that was fantastic! As for commentary, looking at that list, it really doesn't seem "specially" selected, nor does it seem they have any individual meaning. Collectively, I wouldn't say they represent American cinema, even. They more represent what most Americans are proud of in American cinema, which, unfortunately, devalues the gift even more, as if implying that Britain wouldn't be able to find the US gems without guidance. Although, tbh, I doubt that much thought of implications went into the gift.

/Film : Disney's Princess and the Frog Gets Limited Release in November, Wide Release in December

Mmm, not for hand-drawn. Going back and putting a classic in 3D would only look good with something that kinda lends to that medium, like Nightmare Before Christmas, and Toy Story this October. Giving distance between 2D layers would just be like watching cardboard cut outs.
