Hi mate,
Being a fellow sufferer of 20+ years you have my understanding. Mine started when I was 20ish, it came out of nowhere. I suffered with major panic attacks and palpitations(200+daily!) for 5 years. I had heart tests etc etc. They found nothing so put me on beta blockers for 2 years. That cured the anxiety and I realized then it was all in the noggin. I was a healthy specimem of male rockness!.
I decided to see what might be cause.Loud band/guitar vol stressed me out ,so I have worn lugplugs since then.I also cut out alcohol, caffiene and red meat as these have a habit of upsetting the ol' ticker. I slowly re introduced each one. For me caffiene is the killer. Coffee, coke and large amounts of tea just make me jittery. Booze does not help either, but I was not given that up fully. Christ I would sooner become a monk!.
All in all the mind plays horrible tricks on the rest of your body. It is just finding a coping mechanism. I have found deep breathing and the odd bike ride helps. Gives the heart something to do rather than freaking you out!
All the best mate, there is light at the end of that tunnel. I have seen it.
Dan ;-)

Final mix sounds bloody marvelous Clive!.
I liked the way you pieced my "bit" in, especially the end.
Thanks for letting me ply my wares on your masterpiece. Very much enjoyed ;-)
The track is stonking and I hope we don't have to wait as long for the next one :-D

On the "Gunslinger" note, I should have solo tracks for middle 8 to you by end of this week latest. I had a soundcard prob over weekend (now sorted).

An excellent idea using GP to come up with ideas :-) Makes you think outside of the box. I must try that ;-)
