Boycott ALL gas stations. Boycott plastics. Demand and invest in solar and wind technology. Ride your freaking bike to work. This is the best thing to happen for Democrats since Ross Perot. This "movement" is doing nothing but strengthening the Democratic chances come November. - Face it- very few of the people taking part in these protests voted Democrat in the last election cycle- by in large, they are Republicans and Independants that will vote in the Republican primaries. What this means is during the primaries, that they going to create fractures in the G.O.P. while having no effect on the Democratic Party. They are creating a natural "divide and conquer" atmosphere for Democrats to exploit. - Probably the best thing about the "movement", as far as Democrats are concerned, is the fact that the national face of the Tea Partiers is Sarah Palin. What her fanatical supporters fail to realize is that outside of their little circle, no one takes her seriously. I'd guess that maybe 10% - 12% of the voting public would actually pull the lever for her come election time.
