I agree wholeheartedly that while "Bride of Frankenstein" is a great movie the original is better. I believe we may be in the minority on that. I would have to say that the Wolfman and Creature from the Black Lagoon are my two favorites. The Wolfman for basically Lon Chaney's performance and Creature for the ahead of its time make-up effects. That is when oscars for special make effects should have been started .
