Gabriel Weinberg's Blog : My DuckDuckGo Twitter ad by the numbers - Gabriel Weinberg\'s Blog

Re the mismatch in clicks versus image loads, could it be due to caching? Squid proxies between (multiple) users and your site could supply the image from their own cache, or the same person clicking the link multiple times relatively close together so their browser has it.

Will the last person to leave Silicon Valley please turn out the lights? Have you set limits for argument with Scobleizer about friendfeed? I.e. not after 4pm, or perhaps only on alternate Tuesdays?

I was at Sun Microsystems during its 10th year. The feeling there was very similar to Google now: that there was nothing the company could not do if it tried.

Redeye VC : Some more thoughts on innovation in eCommerce

eBay is above Amazon on the overall list, but below it on the eCommerce list. Is the eCommerce list still ranked by traffic volume, or by revenue? If the eCommerce list is revenue, I think it suggests a different set of questions. The time scale for revenue growth is longer than for attention (i.e. traffic).
