Hutcherson:____I spoke with Dr. James Dobson (JD) numerous times when I was attending First Church of the Nazarene in the Pasadena, California during the 80's & 90's. I have not spoken to him since then, but I believe JD likely will not say anything that would be contentious or bring harm to Focus on the Family. I agree with you that he is too gracious to do otherwise. Please follow his lead. In my opinion, it is best to leave this subject aside and follow JD in his new adventure and what I believe he will consider as a new opportunity. I will listen in with eagerness to see what the Lord has led him and his son to do.____Focus on the Family may have lost their "focus" to take him off the air, and I hope they do not regret this action. I pray, that no matter the outcome, Focus on the Family will continue to serve as a spiritual guide to families everywhere. I pray they not look to people and what they like, but to what God and the Holy Spirit would have them do, in Spirit and in Truth. ____I say, go for it JD.
