That's right! How dare the school system make sure our kids are well nourished! Just teach them the 3 R's and if they starve, that's their own parent's fault. Maybe being hungry will motivate them more.

To all those complaining about the fee, they have to cover the cost somehow (maintaining a website isn't free). Would you rather they raise taxes to cover it? You can't have it both ways.

I'm getting tired of people who cry "We want less taxes" and then bitch about the cost of services.

A lot of people use Pierce Transit to get to work. It's sad that such a needed service is being cut.

Taxis are not an option for people on a limited income.

What about Murray fighting for the Boeing tanker deal? If I recall correctly, McCain fought to give it to Airbus while Murray fought to give it to Boeing. Jobs! In Washington State! Go figure.
