Alot of times kids will brace themselves before sticking the tire.I had a friend who's cars tire's got slashed and I pointed out a perfect hand print as the cop was walkin away. He was discusted with me for spotting it. It turned out to be a sex offender who had a beef with his wife for turning him down. Untill the prints where ran we did not know that he was a sex offender. He lived three houses down from them. When I brought it to thier attention they said it could not happen. I then Told them that if I had 120 bill the next month for Basic cable I would return thier stuff and cancel. Well it happened so I returned thier cable box and told them to shut off my service. 1 month later I got another bill of 120 for my cable. I took the bill back and told them where to shove it. They called the cops. The cops took My sideof it and I left. 10 minutes after I got home Charter cable came to my house and took down the wire from the Pole to the House and said if I wanted the servace returned I'd need to pay $5000 for Hook up.
