What ever happened to the Republican boasting about their ability to focus on the economy. The real problem lies with AIPAC and the fascists currently in the Israeli government. With the record numbers of secular Jews leaving Israel, the exponential growth of the Israeli hasidic community, and the rabid settlers in the new territories, the future for Israel does not seem bright.
