Gees Paul, you will be great on the campaign trail. When confronted with a question you don't like just insult the voter. You are right though, this is one of the things wrong with America. As a Christian I can not overlook such a blatant offense against God to vote my pocket book or look for redeeming values. If a politician does not have the moral integrity to stand for the most vulnerable member of our society how can he be trusted on anything else? Who said anything about cramming something down our children's throat? God gives me the responsibility to teach my children, not someone else. We follow the progress of the child in the womb from conception to birth (which we do at home with a midwife). There are incredible photos available of babies in the womb at every stage of development. We have never had to instruct our children that they should not kill the baby. It is self evident.

NO, we don't need a Federal Reserve. It is not called for in the Constitution. How can we have a constitutional government if we hand over such a critical responsibility of congress to a private company? The federal Reserve is not a government department- it is private and run by unregulated individuals- exactly what our founders did not want. They have made our money totally worthless- fiat money. It is a threat to our liberty. Conservatarion is exactly right, it must be abolished, as well as the IRS, Department of Education, NEA, and anything else not specifically required in the Constitution.

Once again, we in fact DO regulate morality- all law is a reflection of someones morality! The fact that someone may break the law is not a good reason to legalize murdering children. It should be a state' issue but it has been made a federal issue- we have to deal with reality. What is wrong with the system we want to fix is that it is totally corrupt. Killing the most vulnerable among us is at the core of this corruption and to say we need to set it aside to fix the system is just doing more of what we are doing now. We find other "important" issues to work on and never get around to this one because we fear it will make us look bad. How much worse can it look than killing our children? Our silence tolerates the murder and we share the guilt. God is judging our nation. Obama just sanctioned world wide abortion.- our taxes are funding it and our silence is deafening. If we do not speak to it, that blood is on our hands and we have no hope of saving our nation.

Paul, a voucher wont be 24-26K a year- you wont have to worry about the riff raff getting in your school. Our taxes are going for a system that teaches false American history, global warming, and all sex is good sex. We are funding the destruction of our country. Just look at a typical man on the street interview. Yes parents need to be involved, but you can' force them to do it. A private school can and should require it. We homeschool 9 children, two graduated. I don't want any money for it because as soon as I take government money there will be strings attached. We are about as involved as you can get. But I don't want to keep funding the brainwashing of our nation. I employ people 18-35, most can't write a complete sentences and spelling is worse than mine! Get the fed out of education. If they insist on taxing money for eduction give it back to the parents. Some will use it right, the government never does.

What are you talking about? And who put you in control of this site? All law is a reflection of someones morality. Benjamin Franklin said that the founders wrote the Constitution for a moral and religious people. He also warned that it would no work if the people became otherwise. We are trying to save the republic. Sorry if you think "moral" issues, like not killing your children, are too far right, but these issues are central to the survival of our nation. Not to mention that God will (I say is) judge us for our lack of morality as a nation. You keep signing God Bless, I think it is time for America to Bless God for a change- not abandon him except for trivial mention. Joan, I understand your passion and frustration. We are becoming a godless country who uses His name only for our own benefit.

#10- is absolutely necessary. Study the history of our founding fathers. They put the electoral college in place so that we would not have mob rule! We are a representative republic, not a pure democracy which means 50% + 1 rules everyone else. The EC takes away the advantage the larger states would have over the smaller states. It gives everyone a MORE FAIR say in their government if you are interested in fairness. If you think it is not needed just look at a red / blue map of how the vote went down the last two presidential elections. The heavily populated liberal cities are already determining our elections. Removing the electoral college would guarantee it forever. Our founders put it there for a very good reason. Please study this issue and don't fall for Obabma's and other socialist's call for "fairness." It's a good sounding word but often results in the loss of liberty when you see what it really leads to.

he schools are very very broken. If we must have a ferderal education department, which we should not, and if they are taking money from us to be used by that department, which they should not, they should give it back to the tax payers to use for whatever kind of education they want their children to have. This is a state matter. You may think this is another "too far right" issue but the federal government is too far removed from the people to have anything to do with education. If we had vouchers for families to use it would solve the school crowding problem since many families would flee for real education.

Have you tried using this website to find people in your own town? IntenseDebate is not up to the task. You can't even find your last post half the time. I think it is overwhelmed. Glenn needs to add an action page to the site where we can list priorities and dates so we all act as one. I have been suggesting it for two weeks but get no response.

PART 4! One more thing to the group. I agree with Paul about needing Glenn's help. We must have the national stage he offers. If enough of us ask him he will help make this site more powerful so we can organize more effectively. How about everyone going to his site and just asking him to add another page to the site, or on the home page, with a list of action items for the day? Then we can all call and fax congress the same day and overwhelm them. We would need someone to weed through a list of requests generated from us to get down to the most pressing 5 or 10 issues for the day. Some would stay on all week. Right now there is legislation being discussed that will forever ruin our country- permanently! We need to act on it now- Card Check, Socialized Health Care, Americorps, Controlling executive pay, taking over banks and businesses, spending bail outs... Paul, hook up with Jenkins and let's roll!

We must remember the mistakes of the French Revolution. The peasants (that's us in Obama's eyes) grew to hate the aristocrats- no matter many were kind, considerate, and employers. Hate took over and there was mass murder. I believe Obama and his gang of leftists in the administration and congress are fostering this same kind of hatred through the AIG and similar scams. These people are liars, they all knew about the bonuses and are using them to turn good Americans against business and corporations. Some of which are pigs. But it is the government that is the mother of all pigs and too many people refuse to recognize that fact and hold them accountable.

Please read all three parts.) Went through your frustration two weeks ago when this site first went up. It is impossible to search topics and get everyone running in the same direction. Kinda like herding cats. I said then it would only add to the frustration level since there were so many ideas being offered and no way to organize them. I also said I was afraid it would fizzle out in 6 weeks because of the frustration. I was wrong. This bunch of patriots is not going away! These are people who are tired of being pushed around and seeing their children's future robbed from them. They will fight, they want to fight.

Remember Pelosi denying they were thinking of touching OR TAXING your retirement? They are holding hearings right now on taking over your retirement and dispersing it to one general fund “because not enough Americans have been saving.” Don’t worry, you’ll get one check per year for approx. $600 from the government. That’s how Socialism and Marxism works. Do you still not believe what you’re seeing? Then just watch. And there is NOTHING you can do to stop them. If I were you, I’d start by harassing your Senators and Representatives. They need to KNOW YOU MEAN BUSINESS.
