Big Government : INVESTIGATIVE REPORT: Planned Parenthood's Medicaid Misinformation In Indiana

I live in Indiana, and what the left, and Barry, are doing sickens me...though it's not surprising. Remember:NObama in 2012!

Big Hollywood : Report: John Lennon Closet Republican, Ronald Reagan Fan

I dunno. I kind of think Macca gone senile, which puts him beyond hope. I mean, does he really think, with the re-release of McCartney and McCartney II (each with a bonus CD), that, in the middle of a recession, anybody in his right mind is going to spend $16 each on albums that weren't that good when he first put them out? One of the problems I have with him now is that, with his constant activism on the (mythological) man-made global warming, he's become far more annoying than when he was just writing tripe like "Ebony and Ivory" and the like.

George (my favorite Beatles, mainly because of his underrated guitar playing and his spiritual beliefs) at least had a sense of humor. I love the remastered "All Things Must Pass" artwork, in which a gas station and overpass keep encroaching on his estate.

Big Hollywood : Big Hollywood Interview: 'Terri' Star John C. Reilly

I've not seen any of Ferrell's movies, and I don't plan on seeing any in the future. In all honesty, I can't understand how anyone with an I.Q. above 9 can watch any of his movies. As far as I'm concerned, he's pretty much claimed the prize for being this generation's Chevy Chase and I expect the time is coming soon when he'll be starring in some Doritos commercials.

Big Hollywood : A Beer is Fine But Forgiveness is Divine

Mr. Bean, you are absolutely right about Professor Gates. I truly think that, as long as people, no matter what color they are, continue to cling to the events of the past, very little will change between the races.

Thank you for the wonderful post, Mr. Bean. As you talked about your father, it made me think about my grandfather, a man I only knew as a bitter, hateful old man who was verbally abusive to pretty much everyone around him, including grandchildren who had yet to reach the age of 10. And, as I thought about it, I realized I had forgiven him in much the same manner as you did your father... To be continued

Big Hollywood : When is 'Whiteface' Okay? When the 'New York Times' Says So

Kurtzman's little display is evidence that, not only are liberals racists, but mean-spirited and immature as well. At any rate, can anyone hear the outcry of the left regarding this; yes, its the sound of roaring...silence. "I did not leave the Democratic Party; the Democratic Party left me."--Ronald Reagan

Big Hollywood : Dangerous Liaisons

I love it! I made a comment a couple of weeks ago to my wife that Barry and Michelle were starting to remind me of Louie and Marie; obviously, I'm not the only one who thinks so. Great comic strip, especially with the addition of Pelosi and Gates.

She is also the kind that you excuse yourself to go to the bathroom after you leave the five bucks (although you tell her it's a tip) and thgen hightail out of the restaurant while she sits and wonders what is taking you so long until she gets tired of waiting and takes the fiver so she can call a cab.

Big Hollywood : 'La Muse' Review

You may not be too far off. The last I heard, some $80 million of the "stillbornus" money was given to the NEA, and a portion of that was used to fund the showing of a horror-porn movie (whatever the hell that is), which, if I remember correctly, features three men, two women, and a gorilla.

Big Hollywood : Will Steven Weber Put His Health Where His Ideology Is?

Somebody needs to tell Weber that, because America is a free country, he certainly has the right to be stupid (more so that every American has the "right" to socialized health care), but he does not need to abuse the privilege. The thing that annoys the most about celebrities like him (particularly has beens like him) is that, if he is so ****ing worried about everybody's health, why doesn't he pay to take care of others directly out of his own pocket in addition to whatever taxes he pays? Why, he'd be a saint in no time. BTW, John, my favorite like of yours was the "leftists demonizing drug companies who have done more to improve quality of life than even 172 episodes of 'Wings' You are absolutely right, although I think that a good argument could be made that "Wings" has contributed to the collective stupidity of some Americans. I mean, come on, how many intelligent people actually watched that show?

Breitbart.com : Jackson Browne, Republicans settle case

Browne hasn't produced an album worth listening to do since "Lawyers in Love" back in the 80s. Funny that all the lefties like Browne who are so critical of the government when a Republican is in charge are stone cole silent when the Dems have both houses of Congress and the Annoying One is president and its already becoming clear that Barry's domestic policies are failing.
