You make the problem sir, by pulling the race card. So many COLOREDS or BLACKS love to do that when they don't get their way. If we want to be united as AMERICANS your so called people need to stop that. I nor did any of my people own slaves. (Continued to "freemanredneck")The world was much smaller in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the countries that are enemies of ours have multiplied durring the 20th century and the past few years. Therefore, what are we to do? If the people on the hill do not listen to our out cries for a free way of life, in a Republic where the people have the final say. They continually make bad decissions and never ask what we think of these actions. I don't know if any one man can lead this movement or is willing to, but we shall see. I believe we need to act as a unit so that not one man can be singled out by the powers that be. We need to come together and make serious moves before our American way of life is gone forever. Thank you for your service to our country, as well as all whom have served.

To "Freemanredneck", Many of your words ring true in my heart. Growning up my heros were and still are all of the WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam vets that are and were in my life. I my self went to a military college up north as so many southerns do. I felt that I needed to make a change at home so I work with high risk youth that need a moral person in there life. The men in my family that served and others always wanted the children to get an education and never have to see the battlefield. I am not scared to die for the freedom of Virginia as was taught to me by men that served like you. I do however hope that we never have 3rd war of independance in this country and we can settle these problems diplomatically. Although that has not seemed to be the case in history, and most of the time the blood of patriots is the only thing that secures freedom. A war with the powers that be will end this country as we know it. This is due to modern times and the fact that outside influences will have an effect on the out come and the security of our nation.

Guess I am a militia man, well I knew that already. I am a southerner, got a rebel flag on my truck and a window in my house, the VA state flag next to it, and for about 8 months now I have had a Gladsden flag plate holder on my truck that says "Don't Tread on Me" and "Liberty or Death" as well. Also I have "oh my god hold on"!!!!!! A bumper sticker that says "Obama is a Socialist", and better yet a t-shirt that has Barack in a classic Communist pose in red, black, and yellow with the O in his name as the hammer and cycle. I wore it out in Arlington at a bar and no one said anything to me about it, although I am a large man. Well I figured the FED already had my number, guess they may have had it through a few generations of my family. I guess my time to take to the mountains will be here sooner than I thought. Who wants to come with me since we may be in a militia? We mite as well form a few at least. Militias were all the rage before the War of Northern Aggression. Maybe they are coming back in style.

Nah buddy, sorry I'm reading a book on Nathan Bedford Forrest and after that another one about George Washington. And I just finished up one on the 18th South Carolina Inf. Reg. that my Great-Grandfather fought in from 1861 to 1865. I will get to "The 5000 Year Leap" in due time my friend. I leaning on books about patriots and heros of mine durring these times to give my heart inspiration.

It scares me to think the the academically inclined of the future may be a terror to our society in the future adding to the mess we have now. If you would like to read about tyrannical treatment of Americans by the Federal Government in our own history? You should brush up on or revered Pres. Lincoln's Administration, and his way of war. Martial Law in Maryland and then in the South after the war. Sherman's march through the south with 160,000 men burning, raping, stealing, killing women and children. Also his friend Phil Sheridan did the same in my states Shenandoah Valley. Did Lee or Jubal Early do these things in the 3 invasions of the north? No, they were gentlemen that saw northern people as Americans and held them in the same regards as neighbors. Although they did bring provisions they aquired while in the north home. All I am saying is it happened before and the man in office now loves to think he is Lincoln.

I reminded them that we fought for our homes, our firesides, and for the independence of our country. I urged them to the resolution of victory or death on that field.
