The mom of this girl that took the pic and sent it is ridiculous by saying, "she did something out of trust. I suppose wanting to be accepted, loved. It was a mistake....it was distributing child pron lady and your daughter was involved. Does that mean the mom is condoning that her daughter and saying it is ok to take nude pics of herself, specially if it is being said it is child porn?

All I know is she should be charged as well. She is not the only victim here. She started this stupid stuff which is now a pic being called child porn. I know they are kids and I am sure that many of them have sent things us parents may not know about or have stuff on their myspaces or facebooks or even their IM's and emails. DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE LOOKING AT OR DOING?
THis stuff has gone way to far. It needs to be done with it. They all know they did something wrong. Just give them ALL, INCLUDING (V) THE GIRL WHO TOOK IT, community service and let them all move on without messing up their lives forever.
(V) should be charged also since she decided to send the pic of herself, she is old enough and knew what she was doing. If she had such low self esteem, why would she be sending a naked pic? That is a new one to me. I know if I had low self esteem I wouldn't be sending one of myself but maybe with clothes on. She was proud of what she has and wanted him to be also. She decided to take a naked pic maybe thinking he would like to have it on his phone to look at but he is a teen also. Teens do not keep things to themselves even if they are in a relationship..
and the girl should be charged for taking the naked pic and sending it, then.
About calling Holms, maybe if many people were telling him she is at fault too and should be charged it could happen.
