Simple fact is that all offender's housed in the Iowa DOC are dangerous, a nuisance and trouble to every law abiding citizen. By just releasing them we can ensure that we will possibly be setting up future generations for the same problems we have now in the prison system. Truth is that if one sex offender reoffends than that is one too many. Truth also is that if an offender has to go through any programming their inevitable release is delayed. They also possibly may have gotten something out of the hours of programming. If they did not at least an effort was made.
