In fact, CR should be charging more than it does for the very best parking spots. I know a lot of downtown people who are really looking forward to this experiment w/ Republic. Current system is bad. I'm one who thinks the new guys are very likely to bring improvement, and probably do it more cost-effectively than government has managed to do it. Let's give them a chance.
