It&amp;#039;s that American foreign policy affects the whole world, has cost hundreds of thousands of lifes in the last few years and has displayed a very questionable attitude towards international law.   Your health care system, on the other hand, is of no interest to us. We don&amp;#039;t envy you, but how you organize your health care is entirely your own business. By the way we&amp;#039;re not that unhappy with our socialized health care, thank you very much. </description>
