There is a very simple reason that "Fahrenheit 9/11" was a fair success in Europe and that "Sicko" wasn't. It's that American foreign policy affects the whole world, has cost hundreds of thousands of lifes in the last few years and has displayed a very questionable attitude towards international law. Your health care system, on the other hand, is of no interest to us. We don't envy you, but how you organize your health care is entirely your own business.
