If any networks can steam directly to consumers and get paid directly for the usage, then the ones that can do so will, and would pull out of the packages. Some would make much more money for their effort and many will fall away because they wouldn't get subscribers at all or their price would have to be sky-high in order to cover expenses with fewer viewers. This would 'shake out' the poorly-attended networks for sure.
