The fraternity of union brotherhood over American citizenship. My experience in many unions was it was all about seniority and be damn the junior employees. Thus, we have the blue color royalty supported by their junior counterparts and other lesser paying jobs, now supplanted by industry in Chinese industry and other emerging countries. Our only hope is that the cost of the inventory en route will exceed our on shore cost. Automation, never supported by unions, can help but is not the end all to be all solution. That total cost could be reduced by rejecting the Dodd/Frank so called financial legislation solutions, retracting the Sabanes-Oxley legislation, and eliminate or radically reduce the capital gains tax. Perhaps then we would facilitate a financial environment that could then create many Home-Depots like enterprises whose creation is currently severely restricted by such sophistic legislation.

A mob like that has the conscience of it's lowest individual's principles. A movement can use ten of the most low life individuals and incite a crowd of 2 to 10 thousand who will suddenly forget all their principles and be incited to loot and kill. For that reason the police must concentrate and take down the individuals who have been tasked to incite the crowds. One only needs to hear media interviews of the mantra of the many anarchist to appreciate what is the obvious intent of the OWS (Oh what the Sh_t) crowd. The Tea Party understands mob mentality well and that is why you see no violence in Tea Party events with crowds that picks up its trash and more when it leaves. The left has made its efforts to put a number of left wing individuals in those crowds to incite the Tea Party crowd but has not been successful yet. But mark my word if a Tea Party person took a dump on a cop car or threatened a news persons life the Alphabet media would for decades be burning up the airwaves and one would see special editions of the in the pocket print media for decades too. One can only imagine where Jon Stewart would take that and what he would omit to enhance his career and advance his cause.

He tells what advantage they (the devils) have when a person compares himself with others and develops the I'm-as-good-as-you attitude or in my opinion to support their belief that "I’m so much better than you." "The first and most obvious advantage," says Screwtape, "is that you thus induce him to enthrone at the center of his life a good solid, "resounding lie." The lie is not only a lie in fact--no one person is precisely equal to all others in kindness, honesty, and good sense any more than they are all equal in height and weight. The real lie, Lewis says though his character Screwtape, is to the patient himself; "He does not believe it himself.. No man who says I'm as good as you believes it. He would never say it if he did." Screwtape points out that a person who knows he is superior in any area never needs to point that out to others. He merely accepts it. Screwtape says that the "the claim to equality, outside (and I believe inside) the strictly political field, is made only by those who feel themselves to be in some way inferior." A person's need to tell others that he is superior expresses "the itching, smarting, writhing awareness of an inferiority which the patient refuses to accept." And the “resounding lie” is their salvation.
