If you delete the topic new users can only see the replies..... It would be blind for her/him what the topic is all about... So please if you delete the topic delete the replies too. Be a professional moderators... analyze the topic first... don't judge immediately.....

Why do moderators keep on deleting topics? Its quite inappropriate and abuse of level.... Some users may find the same poblem with the topic... and they can easily relate their problem with the topic. It also serves as reference for future users with same problem. So come to think of it... Delete only those annnoying and irelevant topic.....

what version of ultrasn0w are you using? Have you tried injecting the ultrasn0w 0.9.3? Using CYDER?

google search the CYDER its a Cydia in PC which allow you to install applications or add sources/packages to your cydia. you can inject or install the ultrasn0w 0.9.3 and other applications in cydia. You can unlock and install applications to your iphone without wifi.

I found an OFFLINE installer like Cydia. It's called CYDER..... Cydia in PC Works to those who have no WIFI. You can also install the Ulrasn0w 0.9.3, Games, Applications, Reinstall Cydia, etc. just like Cydia. The difference it that its only PC base.

Try to google Unlock iPhone 3G OS 3.0 Without WiFi Cydia. This is not a custom ipsw with ultrasn0w. Its an OFFLINE Installer of Ultrasn0w 0.6 or 0.8 same ultrasn0w but can be install without WIFI or Cydia.
