The problem with fresh restore and setting up as new still persists. I've even talked to Saurik. He just said, that the problem is not in cydia or any SaurikIT inc extensions. Ok, the problem is in DirectCloser Pro. A tweak,which helps to close background apps faster. Remove it(is u have similar issues) and u'll do fine.
