The first time was after running a mile and a half after I had been "captured." All three times I broke but the 2nd time I was able to hold my breath for about 25-30 seconds and then it was all over. Part of the training involved time spent in a mock POW camp and enduring various interrogation techniques. I was waterboarded 3 times. I broke every time. Despite what anyone says it is VERY effective. It is also rather harmless seeing I am still alive and well unlike those that are beheaded or set ablaze. The great thing about the technique is the fact that once you agree to answer the interrogator's questions, they stop the procedure. If you don't want to endure the procedure then answer the question. What is so hard about that?
