Perhaps, Slim, you should consider some grammar and spelling lessons before proclaiming how others are so "ignorant" and need to "smarten up." If these leaders really were so "ignorant," they wouldn't be wrestling with this issue as much as they are but would simply put something in place, one way or the other, and not be concerned whether or not it was in accordance with the law that has been set forth or the concerns of the people of the community. I'd be quite interested in knowing just how many council meetings you've attended and how many solutions to this issue you have offered. If this is such a concern to you, be more proactive and try to help those(elected official, I might ad) tasked with leading the community.
