GazetteOnline.com : Forecast: Colder -- and snowy?

It's about time that a real American like yourself exposes Obama's socialist barometric agenda. It sickens me to see our once great nation besmirched by erratic "Liberrrulll" weather patterns!

GazetteOnline.com : Abortion coverage ban a betrayal of women

I think that is just a byproduct of semantics though, hopefully they can fix it but I don't think Stupak wrote the admendment with the intention of it being that far (over) reaching. He doesn't seem bright enough to concoct that.

I consider myself, for the most part, a liberal but it is not right for any federal funds to go to abortions. They just need to fix the language to insure that the current standard of the Hyde rule applies to the new legislation and that women can still buy this coverage on their own if they so desire. They are not trying to impose new restrictive rules over reproductive law, it is just a byproduct of tweaking the language. Don't listen to those on the far left or far right who use this issue as a sledgehammer to divide Americans. I think very few people would actually categorize themselves as "Pro Abortion" if you catch my drift.

from The Onion, This sums it up... HEAVEN– Reminiscing Monday, God wondered aloud what happened to "that one planet I made, like, four and a half billion years ago, the one with all the monkeys." "Man, I haven't thought about that planet in forever," God said. "I have no idea why it suddenly popped into My head. I remember it was really crude, one of My weaker early efforts, back when I was experimenting with the oxygen atmospheres and those ridiculous carbon-based lifeforms. And I was on that whole upper-primate kick. Huh." God said He couldn't remember the planet's name but was pretty sure it was "something like Ursh or Orth or maybe Ert

No I get the point of conservatives, let people suffer if I deem them lazy. We all get the point. It's just that some of us are decent enough to disagree. Left to their own devices conservatives would have never done anything to reign in the costs of insurance which have grown exponentially over the last 10 years. They proved that over the 8 years they were in power.

This is democracy folks The Democrats won the last two election cycles so they get to govern. No matter how hard you stomp your feet and plug your ears you have at least another year. At least the conservative snit fit has been entertaining. If Repubs wanted to stay in power they shouldn't have done such an abysmal job of running the country !!
