Nice to see you learned your history from public education and dont have one iota of knowledge of the real history of WWII. The Japanese offered to surrender in 1943 as long as the Emperor stayed on the throne, we refused. We continued the war in the Pacific. We didnt bomb Japan to end the war, we bombed Japan to show the Soviets we had the bomb.

I attended an Occupy "protest" of a park here in Florida in a park named after a war hero with statues dedicated to those of us that served our country. I honestly went there with the intention of observing, and if I observed anyone desecrating any of the memorial that I was going to observe myself beating them into a pulp. At least here in the South, they were respectful. Maybe I should venture up to Northern climes, where I dont see the same respect given.
