Our Portland bridges need attention before we build this. how about our city streets that have pot hole. or how about when it snowed and we couldn't afford to plow the streets? this city has their priorities backwards. just like them spending money on a new baseball stadium that only seat 3000???? the beavers pull in 10000 at a time?
