What this means is you need to create a document that outlines "functionally" what will happen behind the scenes for each screen button etc. Think of this exercise as outlining all of the user scenarios that can happen in the application and how the app should handle each scenario. For example, user selects "save location button" but a data connection is not available present the following message to the end user "-------------". Once that's complete recruit a developer. Then install the latest version from the marketplace. When you install the latest version, key ring should recognize a backup saved on your SD card which will restore all of your cards.
