Rich, Glad you like the post. I am going to make this a series so there will be plenty more. What are the specifics about the turkey pizza? If would be glad to make a post about it so others can use it.

Chris Stroud : Kipping pull ups vs butterfly pull ups

Parth, Thats an interesting thought but I disagree with it. Absolute power output and the speed and efficiency of a movement are two different things.

Chris Stroud : How do you calm the pre-Crossfit Jitters?

Ryan, You and I are in the same boat. We understand the Crossfit would benefit any one who uses it but at the same understand that since its so fucking hard the most people will not want to commit. When I open my box after I finish school I anticipate only accepting 75% of the people who walk in. I am sure if I put my sales face on I can get that number lower but I would rather make less money and have a gym full of like minded people opposed to a full gym with people who just dont get it.

Maiko, I am glad you are finding success with calming people's nerves about Crossfit. For me since I place a inordinate amount of emphasis on Crossfit as a competition I think I scare some people. I need to start tailoring my approach to the individual person. Thank you for the insight.
