There are far more honest, decent candidates available to choose than this charlatan, as to align with Johnson by supporting him is to encourage his duplicity, casual racism and shocking dishonesty. Johnson represents everything bad about modern politicians and why the public have such little faith in them anymore. There are better people out there - one's who are able to talk about other racial groups and nations without the sly offensive remarks and racist slurs.

Hi Bucks...they're not my 'beliefs' about Boris, they are statements of facts which can easily be verified. They're not subjective opinions, this is what he has done or said.
Now why would anyone support, or align with Boris Johnson knowing the things he has done/said?
(And no, I don't support Corbyn before this turns into "what about Corbyn...")

Bill appears alarmingly comfortable with Johnson's bumbling, endless lies, duplicity and occasional racism and bigotry. But I agree with him that Boris is the man to choose - albeit for very different reasons to Bill.

Please, please, please choose Boris. The amount of skeletons in his cupboard, the astonishingly volume of lies and putting his foot in it occasions, coupled with the duplicity, bumbling and occasional racism ("watermelon smiles...flag waving picaninnies" etc), not to mention the "here's my article arguing for staying in/leaving the EU...which do you want?" or the tsunami of falsehoods over the years concerning EU laws (one of the latest being children under 8 need to be supervised to blow up balloons, when the actual EU legislation states only that all balloon packaging should have the warning "Beware: Danger of choking/suffocation"), with absolutely no mention of adult supervision.

So do choose him...the comedy demolition of him and would be very entertaining.

Incorrect.
In January of this year "The European Parliament has called on all member states to exempt female hygiene products like tampons from value added tax (VAT). The text called on member states "to eliminate the so-called 'care and tampon tax'".
Its up to the British government now.

Don't allow the author of this completely inaccurate article to mislead you.
Here is what happened back in January in the European Parliament, which strangely has been omitted from Anthony's piece above:
"The European Parliament has called on all member states to exempt female hygiene products like tampons from value added tax (VAT). The text called on member states "to eliminate the so-called 'care and tampon tax'".
An amendment with weaker language on the tampon tax was narrowly defeated, receiving support from 318 MEPs, but a 'No' vote from 319 MEPs. The resolution is non-binding."

Who said she was responsible for what took place in Chile?

Does the moral and humanity dimension completely escape you such that you are quite content for:
a) Thatcher to have got cosy with a murderous dictator and to not have condemned him?
b) You referring to this murderous dictator as "my ally", so likewise overlooking the murder and torture of thousands of people, is also despicable?

Get searching for that moral compass, and fast.

Because the charlatans who advocate Brexit don't want any responsibility for Brexit - so they get her to be the figurehead so there's someone else to blame for the disaster that follows in the months and years that follow. Also, it could trigger a general election - one that the Conservative party wouldn't win. Hence they continue to keep a stooge in place, and dispose of her unceremoniously once they are sure Brexit has officially happened.

You actually advocate aligning ("my ally") with a man directly responsible for murdering approximately 3200 of his citizens and imprisoning and torturing over 40,000 other political opponents...including the torture of children by electrocution using cattle prods?

A quick question: How does a person get to such a level of inhumanity that you fail to condone does barbarous behaviour?

Government debt has nothing to do with socialism. For the last 40 years America, the UK etc have been very much right-leaning, Capitalist....with of course ever growing government debt.

The second part...pure ignorance. Taxes and redistribution provide the foundations for prosperity - infrastructure, schools, health-care etc...which allow people to contribute more effectively and positively to firms they work for and long-term economic growth...so raising investment returns for investors.
