Are these THE actual, Occupywallstreet official stances? I'm afraid that some of them are a bit over the top. I support the anger against economic injustice, but also a need for personal responsibility must come into play here somewhere, I think.

Melissa, The troops should not have to worry about their paychecks. They did not have to in 1995 when the government shutdown during the Clinton Administration. It seems that Obama is holding the troops hostage to raise the stakes in the budget debate. http://is.gd/GO4f9Z Keep in mind that Democrats decided not to pass this budget last last year because of elections. If there is a shutdown it will solely be the fault of Obama and Democrats.

Individual rights and collective rights should not be confused. Collective rights have been experimented in France, Russia, Cuba, Germany, Venezuela, and countless other places. Individual rights are protected in America. Governor Walker is not taking away individual rights from anyone. We certainly cannot discount China's motivation to cheat. America by large is much more educated than the rest of the wold, but that advantage has been slipping for years. It's a self-inflicted wound that needs room to breath freely (without the government), but instead is being plugged with bureaucrats and money by dirty government hands.
