Paleo, I think I peeped that before. Have to take another gander to refresh. Im on a nutribullet kick and buying up Meijer's fruit and vegetables. Love the shakes with almond milk. I'm reading up on health benefits in general but online not in a book and I'm late to alot of benefits of coconut oil. I always used it in my hair , but didnt know it helped whiten teeth and aids in weight loss. Say whaaaat *insert the more you know banner*

Im confused as to why ALL the people involved in torturing him are not in jail. This was mob mentality for real. WHY was she able to just convince them to torture him? They must all be mentally ill and they should all serve time as accessories. AND what is with this urine and feces intakage, for serious, WHO thinks of that!
