Big Journalism : Puppies, Kittens and NYT Pushback: The Truth About the Humane Society Of the United States

Are there that many people around who are so shallow they do not do any research before jumping onboard with groups such as the HSUS. I suppose it is the ignorant class in America that the HSUS counts on to fall for thier scam. Wake up people and try a little harder to be at least a little discerning.

Breitbart.com : AZ cities consider fighting immigration law

What is it with some politicians that when they get elected they enter into some type of third dimension? Have they totally lost touch with the visceral anger that exists out here in the hinterland as regards the total abidication of their sworn duties to secure our borders and enforce the laws of the land? Perhaps they think pandering to people based on race will get them some type of bonus points next time they stand for office. Admittedly the Hispanic population in the US as a demographic is becoming substantial, but were one to remove the 20 to 50 million that are here illegally, that whole demographic would change substantially. Most Lationos I know who are American born are American. No hyphenated American, just plain old every day American. Flagstaff puzzles me. Tucson not so much Everyone living in Arizona knows Tucson is the San Francisco of Arizona. And as for Phoenix, well I'm sure the surrounding cities will enjoy the increase they will get from the business Phoenix shuns. I really am beginning to believe these politicians are in bed with the drug cartels and human smugglers. There can be little other reason for their stated positions.

What has the Catholic Church come to? They are more focused on protecting illegal entrants into this country and the churche's cadre of pedophile priests than they are in focusing on the interests of law abiding church members. Anyone puzzled as to why the church is hemmoraging members?

Breitbart.com : Marijuana use by seniors goes up as boomers age

Well, reverend, You didn't choose to read the rest of my post. It clearly states that I favor legalization. Of course you want grass legalized, but why stop there. let's sell heroin, cocain, meth, etc across the counter. Cheap and pure. Just because they are not your preferred drug, or are they, then you wouldn't deny those who partake of "hard " drugs their right while your okaying the use of hemp, now would you. I mean that would be all hypocritical and stuff. Not something a "reverend" would want to be accused of.

Hope Mrs. Siegel rest well in the knowledge that it is their drug use that is driving the heinous situation in Mexico and along our borders. It is the illicit use of banned substances that is at the root of our burgeoning prison population. I know there are those that will look you in the eye and say grass is innocuous and harmless. After 30 years as a EMT/Firefighter, I can tell you that along with liquor, marijuana is involved in a giant portion of the ccidents and social issues we face. Almost to a person, whenever I would ask some junkie how in the world they got to their sad state of life, they would almost always say "well. I started by just toking a couple of joints a day". After my experience, I would propose they make it legal, as potent as possible, as cheap as possible, and as available as possible. The one caveat I would propose is that there are zero, nada, none, rehab clinics paid for with any amount of taxpayer dollars. In a very short time, those who simply cannot confront the tough issues that comes with life, will simply take themselves out through overdoses. Good riddance I say. Your milage may vary.

Breitbart.com : Officials see rise in militia groups across US

SPLC is akin to the ACLU. It is as un-American as the American Socialist Party. The nabobs at the SPLC might want to read the federalist papers and get a grasp as to just who the "militia" is in this country. I do believe our founding fathers spelled it out quite well. But then one doesn't get to work for the SPLC unless they spent at least three years getting through the third grade.
