I too have fasted for "the whole" of yesterday beginning at around 2 pm and ended at 8.30 pm where I went by several family members and friend and ate "fass, fass" and then leave to go by the next neighbour again to eat "fass fass" as I continued my fass.
Guess I need to submit my medical records to whatshername khan and the pm who is a sc but ent know that a person medical record is personal.

R we better off under "democracy" under the leadership of corrupt and incompetent regimes (past and present) where hundreds of billions have been spent and nothing to show for it?
it is not so much that I agree with Castro.Castro is not the problem; it's the US and her bleeping allies who have stifled Cuba and her people. Us went to war with several countries around the globe yet recognize them today. But Castro is a thorn in their side. All the while we know it's not Castro suffering, but the people.

The main reason the blood bank is dysfunctional is that they have collectively been unable to figure out how to spend a couple million on it. U C, when everything in this land is based on how much we spend, we measure functionality by costs/expenditures. However, where an organization is based primarily on "donation" as in this case, the spending spree is difficult to mask, as in say buying tanks for the ratts/police.
Their policies are idiotic at best. And the ppl working there are largely we people: Trinis. our work ethic sucks big time.

Mr Cudjoe, if I never agreed with you on anything before, I must admit that I am with you on this one 115% VI. Ralph Maraj is a political vagrant willing to jump on any bandwagon that will put food on his table. he has demonstrated over the years that he has no cojones. And he is even more clueless. He poses as a playwright and called himself doing a documentary on Indians here. In reality he is a failure, which pretty much sums up his life. Signed, Rudy Chato Paul, Sr.

If that is how U interpret that, that is your prerogative. Lives in other parts of this land have been reduced to less than that is all I can say. Dana Seetahal comes to mind. Peace

Progress has a price. What price are we willing to pay? Or do we want everything free?
We all recognize that to make an omelette requires the breaking of a few eggs. The problem with us is that we want the omelette without having to break the eggs; impossible.
