I agree with just me001. Some straight people don't even believe in marraige, just live together. Some married people cheat or have open marraiges. Melissa says marraige isn't a government issue, Amoradocat says marraige isn't a religious issue. So what kind of an issue is it? What about things like insurance or other certain rights that heterosexual married peopele are entitled to that homosexual couples are not? Isn't that descrimination? How does telling someone else who they are allowed to love make your relationships any better or worse? How does it really affect you at all?

(As long as you are playing "what if") Not if they would have thrown a flag when TJ Jones celebrated too early and dropped the ball before crossing the end zone.

I did read the story. The issue here, is not him recording the incident, although that is what he apparently wants it to be about. The real issue seems to me, is a rich kid who was busted drinking under age at a party 2 years ago and charged with false informing and now gets busted again and thinks that he is above the law can get away with cussing at and assaulting a police officer.

He was charged with underage drinking. They tased him because he resisted arrest and took a swing at an officer. Read the story.

That, and the fact that he is already a repeat offender.

Also, this isn't his first brush with the law. Ben Ashenburg was arrested 2 years ago(2008). Found this when I googled his name.
Since he doesn't seem to mind things being made public:

It isn't illegal to have your phone out. It is, however illegal to drink while underage, to assault a police officer and to resist arrest. All of which he was charged with.
