Cely_belly nonsense : Single of the Week: \"Main Theme\" by Kenji Kawai (Higurashi no Naku Koroin OST)

Ooh I didn't know there was a manga. I thought it was based solely on a visual novel. I hear that the story is very engaging in the VN, though we all have our preferences. I wouldn't mind seeing a live action though lol. Sorry for the late reply.

The Blacksheep Project : Seiyuu Appreciation: the fishing space vampire ninja who’s secretly a part-timer demon lord Ga

I really liked his interpretation of staz. I think his voice was one of the reasons I liked the character so much. And wow he has a lot of roles this season. I think I appreciate him a lot more now lol.
Cely_belly nonsense : Blood Lad Review

I'm glad you feel that way. I think these kind of series are always better marathoned. Especially considering the short amount of episodes. Hope you have just as much fun with this series as I did . :)

Cely_belly nonsense : Single of the Week: \"V.I.P\" by SID (Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic OP)

I can tell you're a fan. I'm not very familiar with SID, but I'm glad to know they'll provide the opening to Magi's S2 as well. Although the anime follows a pretty standard shounen outline, the manga sounds very popular. I haven't read the manga, but I wonder if the anime lives up to its literary counterpart at all, or if it falls short. But I am currently not inclined to read it. Maybe its second season will hold more surprises for us. :)

Cely_belly nonsense : Single of the Week: Super Driver by Aya Hirano (The Melacholy of Haruhi Suzumiya OST)

It's a very catchy song and I think it's my favorite Haruhi opening. Aya Hirano is wonderful indeed. She is a great voice actress. Although, I am not very familiar with her musical career.

The Blacksheep Project : Sometimes it makes me wonder, who remembers every anime they\'ve seen?

lol oh yes it is pretty much impossible to remember every anime I've ever seen. But more than vividly remembering a series, sometimes I can remember the feeling it left behind. Shounen series are always fun. Romantic dramas can be heartbreaking. Then there are series like Code Geass, Clannad, and Gurren Lagann. But for those series that I do remember better, it is because I spend a lot of my time rewatching them....Dragon ball, Angel Beats!, Fruits Basket...etc. Oh, and films are also pretty easy to remember. But it is nice to keep track of them and we can always rewatch them on our own time. P.S. Congrats on your 200th anime! Considering that I too have seen many anime fans up there in the 400's, 500's...I have also seen many down in the 100's, so I'd say you're doing pretty well for a fan. Just keep on watching til you can't no more. Plus, OVA's and Specials can also make up for a large amount. Just Saiyan :P My recent post Single of the Week: Core Pride by UVERworld (Ao no Exorcist OST)

That man is EVERYWHERE! *__* He has such great talent, especially for those mischievous-serious characters, I agree. I actually recently found out about his singing career through the Utapri anime and he's pretty good at what he does. But voice acting is definitely my favorite activity of his. He did a great Mashima, Taichi. I would never get tired of hearing his inner thoughts. And how could we forget Okabe lol. That role was just....BRILLIANT. Here's to a season 3 of Chihayafuru~! And I am anxiously awaiting the gay swimming anime. :P I can smell the ships and roaring fangirls already. Thanks for sharing!
Cely_belly nonsense : Nerawareta Gakuen Review~

Well, when it regards the pacing and build-up of a story, I do find that films, unlike full anime series, appear to move a lot quicker which may end up ignoring certain possible developments in a story that would normally not be a problem in a 1 or 2 cour series. But I personally enjoyed the romance. And I couldn't agree more with you about the animation and soundtrack. It was really nice to look at. And the piano themes were great. But the insert songs by supercell stood out to me in particular.
