Twas powerful wasn't it. You know we rarely have the TV on around here during the day. LIttle Eee flicks it on occasionally these days and this just happened to occur during the PM's speech. So I heard most of it and also Malcolm Turnbull's. I am so glad I was able to "participate" in this important occasion. There is wisdom in our little ones, and no doubt this was no coincidence for us.

Oh my favourite. I so love this - nature and God fit so well together for me. He speaks to me so often in these surrounds. It was so beautiful to be one of the women performing this - so free, so liberating, so creative. I loved this free form.

Thanks again Dave I loved this post and will link back here. Yay now I don't have to think of what to write today before my weekend break. Yes you do project well Dave, but you have a very very distinctive tone as well. You are more of a soloist than a blender. Lis and I - we are true blenders. Did you not know how frustrated Graeme was at not having his choir perfectly blended? (Just kidding). He loved you, loved loved loved you. We all know why. You are great! Did you travel through the outback with Past Life Melodies playing. I'd love to sing it out there somewhere...on a rock...in the middle of nowhere....with just me....(well I'd have to try shutting my eyes to my fellow choristers) Could we do that??? So true, so true, you don't realise how special it was that we had Stephen Leek. Not until after the fact! But I knew....I knew. Once again, thanks for this tour down memory lane.

Oh Dave! Thanks for this little journey down memory lane - loved it. I am missing a choral outlet in my life. There is lots of lovely classical with my teaching and listening - always Classic FM. I rest...and then I rest too much... so then I find inspiration... and then I am become soooo inspired... so then I rest...seek inspiration...rest....eeeeeekkkkkk!!! Then finally aaahhhh....Balance!!!. Slowly slowly in my "old" age I find the balance easier to achieve.
