We, the citizen are now seeing a fight between local, state and federal agencies for what little funding is left to be had. In our country, lawsuits are flying about by overpaid superintendents who were ineffective while holding down their jobs. They care not for the youth in the community, but that trend is all too prevelant in all of the political agencies including the governments themselves.
