WAVY.com : Credit card fraud cases

My mother had something similar happen a few years ago. Used her card at a restaurant and the next day someone 3 hours away used the numbers at a gas station. American Express flagged it almost immediately, calling her and asking if she was in possession of her card and was she in the town where the numbers were manually input. They immediately locked down her card and sent her a new one. I think manual input of card numbers should be an immediate flag and require additional information for processing. About 10 years ago, my brother was one of quite a few victims of some idiot who got fired from a major video rental chain. The guy took a stack of new applications with credit card numbers on it and charged up a storm on the internet. They caught him and he was actually sentenced to a year in jail, but what was really irritating to my brother was that one company kept harassing him for payment even after VISA contacted them AND they were presented with the case and the fact that they guy was convicted and sentenced.

Breitbart.com : Holder: US is nation of cowards on racial matters

I live in a VA school district that will bus those kids out of their "horrible schools". What amazes me, is that shortly after that happens, the new school starts having the same issues as the old one. Funny that these same parents who puts their child in our schools because they think the zoned school is awful....never shows up for Parent Teacher conferences. Ot starts yelling at the teacher when she gets the report card (nevermiond the progress report she hasn't read, nor bothered to check homework, etc. Seriously, why are certain zoned schools the worst? My money isn't on a lack of good teachers.
