<description>Not to be too picky, but Chrysler &amp;amp; GM destroyed themselves long before TARP came around.  And (scratches head) I&amp;#039;m not sure what the rest of your rant has to do with John&amp;#039;s article, except that you obviously don&amp;#039;t like President Barry very much. ;)  Rand Simberg -no lefty he- has been defending Obama&amp;#039;s actual policy with respect to the privatization of space, as opposed to this silly outreach nonsense, and privatization does make sense. Barry got it right by once; probably by accident.  This outreach nonsense -as John pointed out- is just goofy.  </description>
