<description>If the President wants to address the schoolchildren, he has a right  I would assume. But on the other hand , the students should be able to leave the TV area if they  so choose and go to the lunchroom and not have to listen to him. I would opt for the later.That&amp;#039;s your freedom of choice. </description>
