Can anyone tell what point Smoker is trying to make? Face it people, Boulder is a fantastic place to live, partly because of the growth limitations that have been in place for the last half century. Of course people want to live here and wish it were less expensive. Supply and demand. The attitude I see in the DC seems to be, if I can't have it (low housing prices) then f*ck you all I'd rather see Boulder destroyed.
