Nope. No sand. Everything ends, I just doubt your theory.
What kills multiplier games is simple: Real life. Real death. Or, a newer game to play.

Stagnant player made content is a valid observation, but I propose you are looking in the wrong place. Large-scale isn't the only scale in Eve thankfully. On the scale of large - the drowsy giants of Nullsec are reluctant to waste time and resources, surely. But that is both the symptom and disease of boredom. Time is the only factor, they will rot or they will fight one way or another. If they crumble, then others will take their shot in owning their own space. If they fight, then wars will be wars.

On the scale of small. I love what I do in EVE. Even when not PVP'ing. I enjoy building, I enjoy scrambling around moving items under the nose - and often under the blasting guns of pirates, mercs, and thieves. That's content. The extremely over-quoted and blatantly disproved assertions that "PVP is the Only way to play EVE" is utter nonsense. Declaring that one player's game is invalid or worse detrimental is an outright absurdity - though it endures miraculously.

You wish to pitch a magic bullet to 'save EVE' I have a better solution than - All must PVP. Instead you should be saying: PLAY. Whatever your game. Do it. PVP'ers should fight more. Indy's should mine and build more. Space Truckers should ship more. If your corp or alliance is bringing you down, leave them. Or better yet betray them. Lack of creativity to create one's own content, or inability to find enjoyment in the game one wants to play falls on that individual and not another's way of participating in EVE.

I can't decide what is more dismal.
The fact that these projections of doom for Eve ALWAYS pop up every few months.
The fact that these projections all include proposed solutions that are full of earnest conviction.
The fact that the authors of these Eve-pocalypse prophecies all seem to think... ah screw it. I'll save my energy for the next Dooms-Day blog.

TEST will have to pull the trigger. Mittani won't do it, he's going to blast TEST with colorful descriptors painting them out to be childlike insecure and impetuous - but most importantly he'll facilitate the acusation that TEST is scared. But Goons won't overtly fire the first shot. That way they'll have another E-honor War against the betraying group they helped 'raise' in EVE.
