John Rothnie is going to jail over this mess when the subpoena power of the Attorney Generals office arrives....and it certainly will with $10 million in over payment to TTI

The 3 contractors, led by principle Gary Merlino, will be forced to return that extra 9% and accept sanctions with regard to future contracts with the City & Port of Seattle

One needs to look no further than the owners of the 3 companies that formed a group to do this project.

These 3 are all more than qualified to spread some cash around for the information
used to secure not only the original contract but the very spend add-ons that were slipped pass the City Council approval.....

I hope the 2 that resigned today aren't home packing their bags tonight to leave town...
