A few days before the winner was revealed, I was searching around trying to find some hint that would predict where the winner might reside. One thing that caught my eye was a tweet regarding an Auto show taking place in Chicago, IL on March 3rd, 2011. Part of the Auto Showcase was the Acadian Denali 2011. I sorta predicted that the winner would be an IL so when the winner was revealed, I was surprised to learn I was right lol. Ah, so I'm guessing they added the whole "2 entries per day" thing this year? I use to enter this a few years ago but stopped, so I can't remember how it was done in the past.

Darnit! Considering last year's winner was in New Orleans, LA ... it seems unlikely he hasn't been there yet. Or perhaps he was being a tad bit sarcastic, lol. Who knows! The suspense is killing me :o Is anyone else shocked at the number of entries by the way? Nearly double the amount of last years! Geez.

Last year, the winner selected was from New Orleans. My question is - if the person for this year was selected and fount to be from the same city as last year's winner (or previous years winner), will they be disqualified and another winner chosen? Once I realized last years winner was also from New Orleans, it was somewhat discouraging because I thought this would ruin my chances. Please let me know, and thanks for the update! :)

Geez, why does life have to be so stressful. Why couldn't we all be blessed with super nice homes, nice cars, and a ton of money. Damn pyramid. Lately, I've been living my life paycheck to paycheck. Rarely does my family ever sit back and laugh, and so this gets to me. I'm the type of person who feeds of the energies surrounding me, so when I see my family happy, I too am happy. Winning this home would be a dream come true, as I'm sure it would be for everyone entering. The odds of winning are 1 in 40 million. Seems unlikely, but here's to hoping... :)
