Everyone in my family (except me) is extremely liberal. For Christmas in '09 I gave a family member a copy 'Going Rogue' and all 6 or 7 people there freaked out. That was fine. It was what I expected. What I did not appreciate was just how truly hateful liberals are. I stepped outside to have a smoke and when I came back in I herd the tail end of a conversation. What I heard was the recipient of the book say "...She parades that little retard around when she thinks it will score her points." Referring to a child with Down syndrome as a "Little retard." And they will look at you with a straight face and tell you conservatives are the hateful ones. What is truly sad is I think they actually believe it.
